Calibration is Key

We would like to inform you, our customers & operators, that we have successfully introduced a product optimisation to our multichannel DeltaP measuring system.

The modifications apply to elements of the machine software, especially concerning the calibration process and the optimisation of the measurement cycle time.

Our new software allows operators to create a calibration setting, store it in a mechanical reference fixture for backup purposes and to fine-tune the measurement process now in just a few minutes. Finalised settings can be transferred in one instance from the initial machine to all other machines via M2M (machine-to-machine) data transfer.

All modifications have been tested and validated at our in-house test facility prior to field employment.

Simplifying the process of fine-tuning the measurement cycle time is proving to have the most significant effect in reducing the overall time required to complete a DeltaP measurement, particularly on large tube counts and at multi-parallel reactor installations.

Final good news is, that these new software features are available to all multichannel DeltaP machines, type SPM DPV3-10 already in service. The machines can stay with you – updates will be carried out by arrangement via over-the-air remote access. We will get contact you shortly!
